An Optimal Training Program must start with a Full-Body Assessment ideally composed with an in-depth understanding of the different body systems and how they intersect & interact. The way you move today is a product of a history of injuries, weaknesses, habits, and time with all of these variables in play. It is my job to gain a complete understanding of your present total body condition(s) in order to start the process of developing a well-rounded, highly individualized program.
